Well, it was snowing. My motorcycle stopped working and broke. My hands turned to accelerate. My whole body shaked and I felt like I would not make it out alive. I slipped on the snow and crashed against a car covered up with snow. I spilled blood all around me and I really thought I would pass away from that time on. I was contorted under that freezing amount of snow, wondering if I'd die frozen or because of my bruises. Time went by and I could not feel my legs, pal... I did not want to move. I knew if I tried it would be worse. I started to give up from life and give myself away. Eventually, I just remember some weak sensorial feelings. I felt that the end had touched my soul, when warming arms embraced me, fingertips caressed my hair and a perspiring whisper in my ears told me in low tune " you are safe from that dark, let me in now ".
- But Hale what happened to you? Who was this stranger? Why didn't you go back home?
Gloria, my dear, you gotta know that somethings you should wait for.
I was not anymore on the roadway. The place was an old warehouse full with boats and diving equipments. When I woke up I felt sharp nails scratching my back... when I turned around two giant rats jumped off to the ground. I paid attention to the place around me and I thought, "what the hell is this? "I was on a table looking for something familiar but there was nothing. Then I started to get worried. As far I could remember the hospital would be the place I should have awaken. I stood up and I could see my bruises were stitched up. That was when I started to search for an exit. The lights were off and the place was absolutely darkned. I tried to keep calm until to find a path of blood through the main corridor. Oh, damn it, bloody hell, that was the first time I sighted so many dead bodies in the same place. A young lady dressed in blood ripped from inside out, a bunch of guys with the body splitted in half, and still one of them that seamingly had his head off. My throat had draught and I was getting drowzy the more I stared at those cold bodies. I had to keep moving through in order to reach at the door. I thought I should call emergency and police. But I didn't do anything, I stayed there with one of my hands ready to open the door. Stuck in time, staying still. There wa s some kind of force holding me back, I could hear, suddenly, a pile of thoughts running fast through my mind.
"You are the next, I see..." a woman voice came from behind, waiting for my answer.
